Notes
If you are self-funding your studies:
- Non-refundable deposit required at the point of accepting your offer (amount deducted from course fees) (subject to 14-day cooling off period)
- 1st instalment (or full course fee) due no later than 14 days before the course start date
- 2nd instalment due half-way through the course for SLK/SLS; for LLM programmes, the remaining instalments are due at even points throughout the course
If you are enrolling late for any reason, after the course closing date (less than 14 days before the course starts), your deposit and first instalment are required at the point of accepting your offer.
If your employer/sponsor is funding your studies:
- Full course fee due at the point of accepting your offer
General notes:
- Course fees are the same for UK and international students (but international students wishing to receive a hard copy of the SLK/SLS course manuals may be subject to postage fees)
- Course fees include the tuition fee and any other costs associated with the course
- Course fees do not include the cost of the SQE assessments which will need to be booked through the SRA
- Hard copy course manuals for SLK/SLS will only be sent once the deposit and first instalment have been paid
Course fee liability:
- The student is liable for fee payments in line with the instalment schedule outlined above
- All instalments are non-refundable after the instalment due date has passed
- If a student pays an instalment prior to its due date, they can claim a refund of this fee up until the instalment due date
- If a student pays for their course in full and later decides to cancel, they can receive a refund for any payments not yet due as per the instalment schedule
